传统产业的改造升级,战略性新兴产业的培育,是我国现阶段产业发展面临的迫切任务。本文在阐述我国产业发展特殊性的基础之上,基于产业演变的视角,分析了战略性新兴产业与传统产业互动发展的三个阶段,并就共生、分立、融合这三个阶段分别给出了相应的政策建议。

It is the urgent task of chinese industrial development that to upgrade the traditional industries and foster the strategic emerging industries.This paper describes the basis of the special nature of the industrial development of China.Then, based on the perspective of the industrial evolution to analyse the three stages of strategic emerging industries and traditional industries’ interactive development.At last, the paper give some appropriate policy suggestions about the three stages, which is symbiosis, separation and integration.
