发达国家促进财政科技研发投入的经验与借鉴*

The experience and reference to promote R D investment ofscience and technology finance in developed countries

摘要:

由于科学技术是经济社会发展中最活跃、最具革命性的因素,国家对财政研发的投入显得尤为重要,本文对比发达国家的政府财政科技投入体系,找出制约我国科学技术发展的政策因素,并借鉴发达国家的政策投入优势,针对我国现行的财政科技投入实践提出对策和建议。

Abstract:

Due to the science and technology are the most active and revolutionary elements in economic and social development,the state‘s investment in R D is particularly important ,this paper makes comparison in finance technology input system of developed,identifies factors to restricted the development of China"s science and technology policy and learn policy inputs advantages from developed countries,finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions for our practice of current financial technology.
