基于资源基础观,本文提出并检验了创业导向三个维度与绩效间的关系。结合权变理论和中国转型经济的特点,本文还验证了环境动态性的调节作用。利用141家技术密集型上市公司数据,采用层次回归检验研究假设。结果表明：创业导向的三个维度均对组织绩效有显著的促进作用；超前行动对绩效的作用,风险承担对绩效的作用在动态环境下得到加强。

In accordance with resource-based view, this paper put forward and test each dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation and performance. Combining with contingency theory and the background of Chinese transitional economy, environmental dynamism was adopted as a moderator variable. 141 technology-intense publicly listed companies were used as the research sample and hierarchical regression was adopted to test the hypotheses. The empirical result demonstrated that all three dimensions have significant positive influence on performance, and the relationship between proactiveness and performance and the relationship between risk-taking and performance are significantly stronger under the highly dynamic environment.
