Abstract:In accordance with resource-based view, this paper put forward and test each dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation and performance. Combining with contingency theory and the background of Chinese transitional economy, environmental dynamism was adopted as a moderator variable. 141 technology-intense publicly listed companies were used as the research sample and hierarchical regression was adopted to test the hypotheses. The empirical result demonstrated that all three dimensions have significant positive influence on performance, and the relationship between proactiveness and performance and the relationship between risk-taking and performance are significantly stronger under the highly dynamic environment.
