本文运用自组织理论与序参量的役使原理,通过构建科研资源集成系统,分析科研资源的集中整合及自组织运行逻辑,旨在进一步完善科研资源集成相关理论并形成系统理论框架,为科研资源管理与技术创新提供新的思考范式。同时,将科研资源集成度作为科研资源集成系统的序参量,并从关联度、融合度、涌现度三个维度构建和解释科研资源集成系统自组织运行目标,具有一定的创新性。选取某国家重点实验室为案例,运用模糊综合评价方法,对科研资源集成系统的自组织运行逻辑与集成度评估的有效性加以验证。

Through constructing the integrated system, This paper analyzes the integration of research factor and the logic of self-organizing operation, using the theory of self- organization and slaving principle,in order to further improve the Related theory and form the theory framework of the system, In addition, Provides a new paradigm for scientific research management and technological innovation. In order to show the operation target of self-organizing system, this paper uses the degree of integration of research factor as the order parameter of the system, and constructing the order parameter from three dimensions of association, fusion and emergence. In the case of a state key laboratory, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, verify the logic of self-organizing operation of the research factor integration system and the effectiveness of the integration degree.
