Abstract:The thesis is based on 301 valid questionnaires, and it selects paternalistic leadership with Chinese characteristics, knowledge sharing intention, and organizational effectiveness as the research object. And then it examines the underlying assumptions through multiple regression analysis. Regression analysis showed that: firstly, the direct effects of paternalistic leadership on organizational effectiveness is remarkable. Namely, authoritarianism leadership has significantly negative effectiveness on organizational effectiveness; however, benevolence leadership and moral leadership have significantly positive effectiveness on organizational effectiveness. Secondly, there are significant positive effectiveness of knowledge sharing intention on organizational effectiveness. Lastly, knowledge sharing intention emerges as a partial mediator between benevolence leadership and organizational effectiveness, also between moral leadership and organizational effectiveness. And knowledge sharing intention isn’t mediated between authoritarianism leadership and organizational effectiveness.
