本文以NSFC-广东联合基金（第一期）资助项目为研究对象，以SCIE引文数据库的数据为依据，通过对资助项目产出SCIE论文的发表情况、研究方向、机构与地区分布、影响因子及中科院分区等方面进行计量分析，以期对NSFC-广东联合基金（第一期）绩效初评估提供若干依据与建议。

This Paper is mainly study the First Phase NSFC-Guangdong Joint Fund Project, based on the Database of SCIE, analysis the published SCIE paper by its published output, the research direction, institutions and regional distribution, impact factor and Chinese Academy of Sciences quantitative analysis, and etc., in order to make early assessment and recommendations of the NSFC-Guangdong Joint Fund Project.
