为加速中国企业国际化创新发展,以势科学理论创新性建立评价企业国际化发展能力的企业势模型。选取华为公司作为实证研究对象,利用华为相对于中国普通国际化企业的差别和联系,计算出华为的企业势相对得分为64.09分,验证华为国际化发展能力远高于中国普通国际化企业。企业势中第一、二层势得分高低情况也与华为这些方面国际化发展能力高低较为一致,表明企业势模型有参考和应用价值,有利于企业管理层了解清楚企业在国际化竞争中的发展能力和市场表现,加速企业创新发展,提高国际化竞争力。

In order to accelerate international innovation development of Chinese companies, innovatively establish corporate power model under the perspective of power science theory. Huawei company is chosen to support the empirical research, calculate that Huawei' corporate power is 64.09 points relatively to Chinese general international companies, which confirms that Huawei’s international development ability is much higher than Chinese general international companies. The first, second level power scores are also consistent with their current international development abilities, reflect that corporate power model has reference and use value, and helps corporate leaders precisely understand company's abilities and performance in the international competition, accelerates innovation development, promotes international competitiveness.
