本文利用系统动力学因果反馈特点,在分析系统内部各变量之间反馈关系基础上,建立了浙江省区域技术创新与经济增长系统动力学模型,并对模型进行了实证仿真研究。研究发现:(1)增加工业企业科技投入占比对经济增长有明显的促进作用但增加“政府科技拨款占比”和“科技活动人员占比”对促进区域经济增长效果不明显;(2)浙江省科技人员及企业科技经费投入和政府科技拨款间协调性不强。

Based on the feedback relationships among different variables in the system, this paper constructed the system dynamic model of relationship between regional technological innovation and economy growth in Zhejiang Province with the Casual feedback characteristic method. Through empirical study, we found that raising the science and technology input of industrial enterprise will effectively promote the economic growth while increasing the government S T appropriation and the amount of talents make little contribution to economic growth. The paper also suggests that the coordination among Scientific and Technical personnel, the eterprises’Science and Technology input, government S T appropriation is weak in Zhejiang Province. S
