当前,我国承包商以EPC总承包模式参与国际竞争愈来愈普遍,对发展国际EPC策略的科学分析和准确定位是确保成功“走出去”的关键。基于实证研究提炼出的我国EPC“走出去”的八个关键障碍因素,从强化基本业务能力、提升综合管理及风险应对能力、改善外部环境三方面着手,提出我国承包商发展国际EPC总承包的策略,为我国工程公司参与国际EPC总承包业务的科学决策提供有效参考。

Recent years have seen a growing number of Chinese contractors participating in international competition through the mode of EPC. A scientific analysis and an accurate positioning of strategies for the development of international EPC projects are very important for Chinese contractors to succeed in venturing overseas. Eight key obstructing factors of “go globe” for Chinese EPC are extracted based on empirical studies. From the following three aspects: strengthen basic operational capacity, enhance the capabilities of integrated management and risk response for contractors, improve the external environment, proposed a strategy to provide useful reference for the decision-making of Chinese engineering companies to participate in international EPC contracting business.
