Status and Countermeasures of Chinese Advanced Enterprises Intellectual Property Management

摘要:

本文从知识产权战略、知识产权策略、知识产权管理工作三个角度调研了国内五家先进企业的知识产权管理工作,系统化地展示了我国企业知识产权管理工作的前沿趋势,通过比较研究,得到先进企业知识产权管理工作的启示以及暴露出来的一些问题。最后,根据调研结论,提出我国企业知识产权管理的策略建议,以期为我国企业的知识产权管理工作提供借鉴与启示。

Abstract:

This paper systematically represented the situation and the trend of China's enterprise intellectual property management based on surveying five enterprises which do abetter job in intellectual property management from three angles of the overall intellectual property strategy, the details of intellectual property strategy and the management work of intellectual property. In the process of writing this paper, literature survey, internet survey, field investigation and logic analysis were mainly used as the research methodology. We mainly used the method of literature survey in the theoretical study part, the methods of internet survey and field investigation in the case analysis part, and the method of logic analysis in the conclusion part. Through a comparative study according to the research results, we drew a conclusion that there are both some advantages and problems of advanced enterprise intellectual property management in China. Finally, based on these advantages and problems, this paper proposed some recommendations to enterprise intellectual property management with the hope that our work would be helpful to Chineseenterprises’ intellectual property management in a way.
