农民合作社技术需求满足程度影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Farmer Cooperatives Technological Demands Satisfied -Based on the Survey Data of 108 Demonstration Farmer Cooperatives in Sichuan Province

摘要:

基于对四川省108家省级示范合作社的调查数据,采用有序Probit模型,分析了影响农民合作社技术需求满足程度的因素及其方向。结果表明：当前影响合作社技术需求满足程度的主要因素是农民合作社的技术需求类型及其对技术供给的认知。选择纯公益性技术和产后环节的技术为最紧迫的技术需求、选择政府农技推广部门和科研院所为理想的合作方、偏好松散型的技术合作方式的合作社,其技术需求满足程度偏低的概率更大。此外,合作社领导人的任职时间越长,其也认为当前合作社技术需求满足程度较低的概率更大。因此,应进一步优化技术供给结构,创新农业技术合作机制,提高合作社领导人的综合素质。

Abstract:

Based on the survey data of 108 Demonstration Farmer Cooperatives in Sichuan Province, this article analyzed the influence Factors of farmer cooperatives technology demand satisfied by employing the Ordered-Probit Model. Results show that the technical requirement types of a farmer cooperative and its cognition of technology cooperation are the two main factors affecting cooperative technology demand satisfied. The level of technological demand was less satisfied for those who choose the nonprofit technology and products, as well as agricultural post-harvest technology as the most urgent needs, choose the government extension departments and the agricultural science academies as the ideal partner, choose the simple and loose way as the best cooperation way. Besides, the working duration of the cooperative leader also influences the level of technological demand satisfaction, the longer he works, the lower satisfaction presently he thinks. Finally, the article puts forward some policy suggestions, including further optimizing the structure of technology supply, pushing mechanism innovation between farmer cooperatives and agricultural technology suppliers, and promoting the employment stability of the cooperative leader.
