本文以国家重点实验室的建设为对象,以部属重点高校之一的南京大学为例,通过对比“十五”、“十一五”期间该校在生命、信息、化学、数理、地学五个领域国家重点实验室评估的科研数据,从科研项目、人才队伍、研究成果等方面,研究分析了国家重点实验室的现状以及取得的成绩,并结合重点实验室实际存在的问题,提出对未来发展的一些建议。

Based on the comparisons on the research data, used in national laboratory evaluation, including the research projects and progress, personnel and teams, and achievements of the state key laboratories in Nanjing University as an example of universities between “10_th Five Year Plan” and “11_th Five Year Plan”, the status and achievements of the laboratories in five fields, i.e., life science, information science, chemistry, mathematics and physics, and geosciences, have been studied and analyzed in this paper. Perspective and suggestions are also proposed to solve the practical problems existed in the laboratories, and to develop the high-quality researches.
