甘肃省城镇化与产业结构耦合的量化分析

Quantitative Analysis of Coupling between Urbanization and Industrial Structure in Gansu Province

摘要:

从系统论角度出发,对甘肃省城镇化和产业结构协调发展问题进行了深入研究。首先构建了城镇化与产业结构发展水平的评价指标体系,然后运用熵值法确定了城镇化与产业结构各指标的权重,并对甘肃省2000—2012年的城镇化与产业结构发展水平进行了计算,根据协调发展度模型对甘肃省2000—2012年的城镇化与产业结构的协调发展程度进行了测算,结果表明：近10年来,甘肃省城镇化和产业结构发展处于失调状态,今后的发展中,应着重调整产业结构,大力发展第三产业,促进二者协调发展。

Abstract:

From the perspective of system theory, this paper studied the coordinated development of urbanization and industrial structure in Gansu Province. Firstly, the paper constructed the evaluation index system of the level of development between urbanization and industrial structure, and then used the entropy method to determine the weight of urbanization and industrial structure .The paper calculated the level of the development between urbanization and industrial structure from 2000-2012 in Gansu Province. Based on the model of harmonious development, the degree of development between urbanization and industrial structure was calculated. The results showed that: during the past 10 years, the development of urbanization and industrial structure in Gansu province was unbalanced. We should focus on the adjustment of industrial structure during the future development. We must vigorously develop the tertiary industry, and promote the coordinated development of both.
