工程项目组织群落交错区的边缘效应

摘要:

对比建筑业与生态学的组织群体,划分建筑业组织层级,提出工程项目交错区及其边缘效应的概念。与生态系统中群落交错区类似,项目交错区边缘效应表现为集肤、加成、协同等作用。提出建立共生平台的建议,与项目交错区边缘效应共同作用,以改善建筑群落中组织间的关系,从而促进项目顺利实施,行业健康发展。
