摘要:

本文建立一个分析框架，探讨技术能力构筑过程的关键影响因素及其演化路径。通过对杭州A公司的观察研究，发现其在各技术能力水平，技术学习的外部知识源和内部主要学习内容有很大不同，指出子公司发展过程中要及时转换知识积累的内容，最终把技术能力演化路径理解为知识积累由量变到质变的循环过程，对指导我国制造型企业技术能力提升有启示和参考意义。

Abstract:

This paper establish an analytical framework to investigate the key influence factor in the construction of technological capability and its evolution path. Showing in the different stages of production function，there is remarkable difference between the source of exterior knowledge and inner learning content. Pointing out subsidiaries should transmit the content of knowledge accumulation in time. Eventually, this paper develops the evolution path as the recycle process of knowledge accumulated from quantitative to qualitative. It may offer some enlightenment and reference on the technological capability construction of manufacturing enterprises in our country.
