我国畜禽种业发展运行机理、现实约束与路径选择*

Running Mechanism，Reality Constraints and Path Selection of Livestock and Poultry Seed Industry Development in Our Country

摘要:

畜禽良种的选育、繁育和推广应用是我国畜牧业可持续发展的关键。首先,针对我国主要畜禽核心品种资源过度依赖进口的现状,通过总结和借鉴发达国家先进的育种经验,对比国内外的育种模式,得出畜禽种业发展的运行机理是在市场需求、资源、技术、制度以及资金约束下相关利益主体多目标行为决策整合的结果。其次,从我国畜禽种业发展的现实约束中,进一步分析影响我国畜禽种业发展的困境。最后,为提升我国畜牧业的核心竞争力,从培育与发展育种主体、整合服务资源、优化育种模式和完善健全制度标准体系四个方面探寻出适合我国畜禽种业有效运行的建设路径。

Abstract:

Varieties of livestock and poultry breeding,breeding and application is the key to the sustainable development of animal husbandry in China. First of all,for the current situation of the main core of livestock and poultry variety resources excessive dependence on imports in China,the author draw lessons from developed country advanced experience in breeding,contrast breeding mode at home and abroad,we have got the running mechanism of the livestock and poultry seed industry development is the market demand, resources, technology, system and capital constraints related interest subjects multi-objective behavioral decision result of the integration. Secondly,further analysis of the plight of livestock and poultry seed industry development in our country from real constraint. Finally,in order to promote the core competitiveness of China"s animal husbandry, cultivating and developing subject, integration of service resources,optimizing the mode of breeding and improving the system of perfect standard system to find suitable and effective operation path for livestock and poultry seed industry in our country .
