摘要:

我国稀土产业的发展已逐渐由高速增长期逐渐进入潜在增长率下移的增长阶段转换期,产业结构的转型升级势在必行。本文从经济、政策、技术以及国际市场四个方面对我国稀土产业转型升级的结构环境进行了分析,并针对转型与升级过程中面临的相关主要问题,提出了对应的解决对策。

Abstract:

The development of rare earth industry in our country has been changing from the rapid growth period to conversion period of the growth stage, of which the potential growth rate down gradually. The transformation and upgrading of industrial structure is imperative. This paper make the structure of environmental analysis in four aspects including economic, policy, technology and the international market of the rare earth industry in our country, and proposed the corresponding solution measures according to the problems faced in the process of transformation and upgrading.
