互联网项目创业投资决策影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on Factor Affecting Internet Project Venture Investment Decision

摘要:

随着互联网技术应用普及,互联网项目成为投资领域的新热点,但是针对互联网项目的创业投资决策影响因素研究不足,导致创投机构在投资决策时缺乏参照标准,影响投资绩效。文章首先用逻辑分析法对文献资料进行分析,整理创投机构在对互联网项目投资决策时的影响因素；以121家创投企业获取的问卷为样本数据进行因子分析,得出创业者因素、市场因素、产品因素、技术因素、商业因素和环境因素是影响互联网项目创投决策的主要因素,并解释了每项因素的有哪些指标衡量。

With the popularization of Internet technology,Sthe InternetSprojects have become the new focus ofSinvestment.S There not have enough research on the venture investment decision ofSInternetSproject, so venture capitalSin the investment decision-making have not had standards, which led to inefficient outcomes.SFirstly, analysis ofSliteraturesSwith Logical analysis toScollation of factors affecting Internet project venture investment decision. Then take the data which come fromS121 venture capitalSfirms to carry on the factor analysis. The factors which affecting Internet project venture investment decision are mainly contain entrepreneur factors, market factors,SproductSfactors,Stechnical factors, businessSfactors and environmental factors,Sand we also achieved the index to explainSeachSfactor.
