生态系统服务价值评估是判断土地利用结构的合理性,实现土地结构优化,生态环境保护的重要依据。本研究应用生态系统服务价值系数法,量化2002-2011年天津市土地利用变化及其引起的生态系统服务价值变化,分析总人口数、固定资产投资额、城镇化水平和第三产业产值四个驱动因素与生态系统服务价值变化之间的关联程度。研究表明：研究期间天津市的生态系统服务价值以水域为主,其波动对天津市生态系统服务价值影响较大；林地、建设用地对天津市生态系统服务价值变化的影响逐渐增强；城镇化水平因素对生态系统服务价值变化影响最为明显。在此基础上,提出相关对策建议。

Valuation of ecosystem services is an important indication about reasonableness of land use structure, optimization of land structure and ecological environmental protection. By the method of coefficient of ecosystem services value, this paper quantizes the changes of ecosystem service value caused by changes of land use in Tianjin from 2002 to 2011, also analyses the correlations respectively between changing of ecosystem service value and total population, investment in fixed assets, the level of urbanization and the tertiary industry. The results show that: the main value of ecosystem service in Tianjin is water area, fluctuations of the water area in ??Tianjin would have a dominant effect; With the development of Tianjin and perfecting of local policy, forest land and construction land have a greater influence to changes in the value of ecosystem services; the level of urbanization and value of ecosystem service has been ranked first in terms of comprehensive correlative degree. On this basis, relevant suggestion can be put forward.
