社会网络视角下知识管理与农业企业绩效关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Business Performance for Agricultural Businesses from the Perspective of Social Network

探究嵌入在社会网络中的农业企业知识获取、整合及应用等活动对企业绩效的具体影响,不仅有助于推进知识管理与社会网络理论研究的结合,对指导农业企业关系管理和知识管理也极具实践意义。文章利用353份问卷调研数据,应用结构方程模型验证了网络知识资源、企业制度体系对农业企业绩效的影响机制。研究结果显示：农业企业对来自不同渠道的知识资源依赖程度不同；制度体系对企业知识激活及实现绩效有着正向促进作用,但在影响效果上,制度规范弱于组织氛围；农业企业财务绩效更多的是受到来自内部网络知识的影响,而非财务绩效更多的受到来自外部网络知识的影响。

Abstract:

It is not only helpful for promoting the integration of knowledge management and academic research of social network to explore the effect of knowledge acquisition, integration, and application for agricultural businesses embedded in social network on their performance, but also of great practical importance for guiding agricultural businesses’ relationship management and knowledge management. The influencing mechanism of network knowledge and business system on the agricultural businesses’ performance is tested with Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on data from 353 questionnaire surveys. Results show: agricultural businesses rely differently on knowledge from different sources; business system has positive but less effect on knowledge activation and in turn on performance than organizational climate; agricultural businesses’ financial performance is affected more by network knowledge within the businesses, whilst nonfinancial performance is affected more by external network knowledge.
