中意风力发电领域合作潜力分析与研究

Cooperation Potential Analysis of Wind Power Industry between China and Italy

摘要:

意大利风能资源丰富,在可再生能源政策支持下,近年来意大利风力发电行业发展迅速。意大利风力发电规划明确,风力发电在意大利未来能源框架中扮演着重要角色,发展潜力巨大。与此同时,中国风资源利用规模不断扩大,风电设备制造技术实力明显增强,大容量风电机组研制有序进行,海上风电也有了实质性发展。中意两国在风力发电领域有着广阔的合作空间。本文在介绍意大利风力发电行业发展现状、远景规划和监管体制的基础上,讨论了意大利风力发电相关政策,分析了中意两国风力发电企业合作现状和成功案例,阐述了中意两国风力发电领域的合作潜力。

Abstract:

Being abundant in wind power, Italian wind power industry has developed rapidly in recent years with the support of renewable energy policies. Italy has clear planning for wind power, which will play an important role in its future energy framework and have a great potential for development. Meanwhile, utilization of wind resource in China have been expanding throughout recent years. Technical strength of wind power equipment designing and manufacturing has been enhanced significantly. The research and development of large capacity wind turbine proceed in an orderly way. Chinese offshore wind power has also made essential progress. Italy and China have a broad space for cooperation in the field of wind power. Both present situation and future planning of Italian wind power industry are introduced in this paper. Electric power regulatory system and wind power incentives are also presented. Current situation of China-Italy wind power cooperation and successful ways of business are analyzed. It come to the conclusion that great cooperation potential are exist in the field of wind power between these two countries.
