浅述农业转基因作物及其食用安全评价对策研究进展

农业转基因技术研究的推广起始于上世纪80年代,现已发展成为农业科研领域的核心技术,由此农业转基因作物占据市场的比重逐年增加,有效缓解了国家粮食短缺、环境污染和人口问题。然而,近来一些关于转基因作物存在风险性、具有毒性的研究报道为转基因作物的研发蒙上了一层阴影。据数据分析,我国已没有拒绝转基因的资本。因此,建立一套完善的转基因农作物安全评价对策显得尤为重要。本文通过综述农业转基因作物发展、食用安全评价对策的研究,以期为完善我国转基因作物的安全评价体系提供一定的支持,为转基因技术在农作物研发领域健康、稳定的发展提供参考意见。

Abstract:

The promotion of agricultural biotechnology research began in the 1980 s, has become the core technology in the field of agricultural scientific research, the agricultural genetically modified crops occupy market share increase year by year, effectively alleviate the national food shortage, environment pollution and the population problem. Recently, however, some of there is risk of genetically modified crops, the research of the toxicity of reports for the research and development of genetically modified crops casts a shadow. According to the data analysis, our country has not rejected gm"s capital. Therefore, to establish a set of perfect countermeasures of genetically modified crops safety assessment is particularly important. Were reviewed in this paper, the agricultural development countermeasures, food safety assessment of genetically modified crops, so as to perfect our system of the safety assessment of genetically modified crops provide certain support for genetically modified technology in the field of crop research and development for reference to healthy and stable development.
