Abstract:Knowledge sharing can improve organizational performance, increase organizational innovation and enhance the organization"s competitive advantage. Knowledge sharing can improve organizational performance, increase organizational innovation and enhance the organization"s competitive advantage. As a new type organization, project oriented enterprises are different with other type organizations in knowledge sharing barriers. In this paper, based on analyzing knowledge sharing subjects and paths, we researched knowledge sharing barriers factors in project oriented enterprises. The results show that, knowledge sharing barriers of project oriented enterprises mainly display in three aspects: individual and individual, team and team, individual, team and organization. In order to solve the knowledge-sharing barriers in project-oriented enterprises, we provide some solutions, for example, building knowledge sharing platform, constructing knowledge sharing system and build the culture of cheerful, trust and cooperation culture.
