The Effect of R&D Subsidies on Family Firms’ Performance

摘要:

本文考察了家族企业中研发补助对于企业绩效的影响,以及家族企业的主要特点对于研发补助和企业绩效关系的影响。研究发现：(1)家族企业的研发补助对于企业绩效具有提高作用。(2)在家族企业中,股权集中度越高,研发补助对于企业绩效的提高作用越大。(4)在家族企业中,当家族成员担任CEO时,研发补助对于企业绩效的提高作用更大。

Abstract:

The main purpose is to examine whether the family firms’ performance would be improved when the firm received the R D subsidy, and whether this relationship would be strengthened by the features of the family firm. We find out that obtaining an R D subsidy could improve the family firms’ performance. In addition, when family ownership is high or the family members serve as CEOs, the relation between R D subsidy and financial performance would be strengthened.
