Abstract:The connection and cooperation among Industries, Universities and Research Organizations are less stimulated for the present Cooperative Education in China. Analyzed the most typical models of present Cooperative Education and the internal mechanisms for practical professional cultivation, this paper explored the professional competence standards as the grounds for associations to cultivate practical professional jointly, revealed the linkage roles of it, finally, and built the innovative Cooperative Education model. Exemplified by real practice of cost engineering specialty in Tianjin University of Technology (TJUT), this study expatiated how cooperation was formed, and how Professional Accreditation, Qualification Examination and BCD Education play their parts in the newly built Cooperative Education model, to provide guidance for advancing Cooperative Education and for improving the quality of practical professionals.
