以WoS为数据来源,采用文献计量分析、共词分析、社会网络分析等方法,并使用GPS visualizer、Netdraw从发文年代、发文期刊、发文地区及合作、研究主题及方法等方面对中国企业管理研究国际学术产出进行可视化分析。研究发现,绩效、创新、电子商务、知识管理、供应链管理、企业治理、企业文化是近年来最受国内学者关注的国际研究热点,数据包络分析、层次分析法、结构方程模型、案例研究法、社会网络分析等是近年来较为常用的研究方法。

This paper visually analyzed the publication year, source journal, publication area, regional cooperation, research theme and main research methods of Chinese enterprise Management research’s international publication from the Web of Science database using bibliometric analysis, co-word analysis, social network analysis with GPS visualizer and Netdraw. As is shown in the research findings, researches on performance, innovation, e-commerce, knowledge management, supply chain management, corporate governance, corporate culture are the international research hotspots paid most attention by the domestic scholars in recent years, and the data envelopment analysis (DEA), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), structural equation model, case study, social network analysis are commonly used research methods.
