Abstract:As a new growth idea, Green Inclusive Growth attracted widespread attention by the international society since it was put forward. From the aspect of economic growth, equality of opportunity, achievement sharing and resource environment, this article builds Green Inclusive Growth evaluation index, using factor analysis (FA) to calculate factor scores, and then measuring dynamic change of green inclusiveness of Chinese economic growth from 2001 to 2011. The results show that from 2001 to 2011, Chinese education, health care and resources environment had been improved continuously as a whole ; degree of achievement sharing regresses slowly in the low level of volatility, but far less than the initial level; situation of economic growth segmented obviously since 2007, early rising steadily, quickly falling in the late; green inclusiveness of China"s economic growth had a certain degree of improvement in the whole period, but existed greater instability during the same phase. In addition, this paper finds that the opportunity equality and green factor marginally contributes most to the Green Inclusive Growth, which proves that in terms of guidance, regarding the total amount and growth rate of GDP as the primary index to measure economic development is wrong.
