基于DEA改进模型的高新技术产业创新绩效评价实证研究

摘要:

高新技术产业是前沿智力和资金密集型的新技术群的综合,是高层次的知识密集型产业。本文先对我国2000～2012年高新技术产业整体发展情况进行概述,在建立科学合理的评价指标体系和评价模型的基础上,利用DEA的Malmquist模型对我国28区域高新技术产业创新绩效总体趋势进行纵向评价,同时利用超效率模型对我国3个典型高新技术产业进行横向分析。最后根据实证分析结果提出相应对策建议。

Abstract:

High-tech industry is a high-level knowledge-intensive industry, which is integrated in the intelligence of leading edge and new technologies group of capital-intensive. Firstly, the author simply introduces China"s 2000-2012 high-tech industry. Then, the author establishes an evaluation model on the base of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. Taking the 28 areas of high-tech industry of China as the empirical research object, the author firstly evaluates China"s 28 regional high-tech industry innovation performances with Malmquist DEA model for longitudinal evaluation, then use the super efficiency model to evaluate the innovation performance of 4 industries of high-tech industry for horizontal analysis. Finally, according to the empirical results, the author presents countermeasures to enhance the innovation performance.
