生物种业发展背景下我国种业贸易现状及对策研究

Research on Trade Situation of Seed Industry and Countermeasures in China Under the Biological Seed Industry Background

摘要:

本文在概述国际生物种业贸易竞争焦点与趋势的基础上,总结了我国种业贸易发展的现状与特点,分析我国种业贸易发展不足的主要原因,最后提出加快我国种业贸易发展的对策建议。研究表明：我国种业贸易发展空间巨大；种业进出口额总体上呈逆差；在全球种业贸易中地位较高,但与种业贸易大国差距大。科技创新力不足、企业竞争力不强、种业基地不稳定和市场监管不规范是阻碍我国种业贸易发展的主要原因。适应当前国际种业贸易的竞争与发展趋势,加快种业科技体制改革、加大种业科研投入、做强种业跨国公司、完善政策法规体系是促进我国种业贸易发展的有效途径。

Abstract:

The paper analyzed the competitive trend of international seed trade, summarized the situation and characteristics of seed industry trade in China, analyzed the main reasons affecting China’s seed industry trade development, and finally put forward some suggestions on accelerating China"s seed trade. Research shows that: the development of our seed trade space is huge; seed import and export volume showed an overall deficit; there is a great gap between China and development countries. Lack of technology innovation, enterprises’ competitiveness is not strong, seed base instability and nonstandard of market supervision are the main reasons that affect the development of Chinese seed trade. Accelerate the system reform of science and technology, increase the seed research investment, stronger seed Multi-National Corporation, improve policies and regulations system are effective ways to promote the development of China"s seed trade.
