融资租赁“融物即融资”的特征在解决融资难问题上与合同能源管理有着天然的契合性,实践中融资租赁在合同能源管理中的应用却未受到广泛推广。文章通过分析融资租赁在合同能源管理中已有的应用模式,研究其应用现状,用理论结合实际的方法,找出融资租赁在合同能源管理中应用存在的问题并给予建议对策。

Finance leasing’s feature which "financial matter that is financing" have natural fit in solving the financing problem of the Energy Management Contract. But in practice, the application of Finance leasing in Energy Management Contract is failed to promote widely. This paper analyzes the existed application model and present situation of Finance leasing in Energy Management Contract, combine theoretical and practical to find problems and give advice countermeasures.
