基于直觉模糊的数字城市建设绩效评价研究

摘要:

数字城市建设是城市信息化发展的战略任务,而构建数字城市建设绩效评价指标体系是衡量数字城市建设水平的关键。因此,文章在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,根据绩效评价指标体系构建的原则,尝试从城市数字化基础设施、信息化产业发展水平、电子政务发展、城市经济经济发展水平以及民生事业信息化五个维度构建一个数字城市建设绩效评价指标体系,运用直觉模糊集原理构建数字城市绩效评价模型,并展开实例研究,为评判某区域的数字城市建设程度提供一条参考思路。

Abstract:

Digital City Construction is the strategic task of urban development of information technology, and building digital city construction’s assessment system is key to measure the performance of digital city construction. Thus, this article based on the status of research and principle of index system construction, try to build a digital city building performance evaluation system from five dimensions: the city infrastructure, the level of information technology industry, the development of e-government, the level of economic development and urban economic livelihood, and use the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy set to construct performance evaluation mode , then expand the empirical research. The research can help to evaluate digital city construction and development.
