生态资本化,资本生态化成为现行经济社会发展的必然趋势。生态资本运营的本质就是要加强经济社会可持续发展的生态基础,提升生态系统中的生态资本存量。生态资本质量与数量的改善,需要有一套完善的机制来做保障。文章是从生态补偿的角度分析探讨生态资本运营机制,首先介绍了生态资本运营与生态补偿的内涵,从生态补偿下来分析生态资本运营机制的逻辑起点,并且构建生态资本运营机制的总体框架,最后提出生态资本运营机制的保障措施。

Ecological capital, ecological capital to become the inevitable trend of the current economic and social development. The nature of the ecological capital operation is to strengthen the ecological basis for sustainable economic and social development, improve the ecological capital stock in the ecosystem. Improvement of the quality and quantity of ecological capital, there is a set of comprehensive mechanisms for the protection. This article is to explore the eco-capital operating mechanism from the perspective of ecological compensation, first introduced the eco-capital operations and Ecological compensation connotation, the logical starting point down from the ecological compensation mechanism of ecological capital operation, and to build the overall framework of the eco-capital operation mechanism, and finally the proposed mechanism of ecological capital operation safeguards.
