针对由一个制造商和一个零售商组成的两阶段供应链结构,研究碳税政策下的供应链协调问题。首先,在碳税成本由零售商完全承担的情况下,分别分析了供应链集中决策和分散决策的最优采购量决策,证明分散决策下的最优采购量低于系统最优水平,从而降低了供应链的整体利润,在此基础上,设计了碳税成本分担契约,使得分散决策下供应链期望利润达到了集中化供应链的效率,实现了环境制约下的供应链协调。

In a single-manufacturer-single-retailer"s two-echelon supply chain system, we study the problem of supply chain coordination under carbon tax policy. Firstly, under the carbon tax cost is fully beared by the retailer, we analyze the optimal order decisions under supply chain centralized and decentralized decision, we prove the optimal order quantity under decentralized decision is lower than under the centralized decision, thereby the decentralized decision reduce the overall profit of the supply chain, based on this, we design the carbon tax cost-sharing contract, then we make the supply chain expected profit under decentralized decision reaches the efficiency under centralized decision, and achieve the supply chain coordination under environmental constraints.
