基于运营主体的异质性维度,将国内科技创新平台运营模式归纳为政府主导型、企业主导型、第三方主导型和混合型四种类型。结合异质性主体特征,概述其运营模式基本特点,并分别梳理其若干优点、缺点、适应背景及阶段性运营优势,为产业技术创新、区域经济发展过程中对科技创新平台的运营模式选择与发展提供参考。

Based on the dimension of subject heterogeneous, the issue classifies operation modes of the tech-innovation platform in application as 4 types: government–oriented, firm-oriented, the 3rd Party-oriented and mixed. Combined with the nature of subject heterogeneous, the article describes characteristics of each operation modes, depicts its advantages, disadvantages and acclimatization, and makes advice and reference for industry tech-innovation, industrial planning and operation modes option of tech-innovation platform.
