企业技术学习与企业竞争力关系研究-以滨海新区为例

The Research of Relations between the Enterprise Technology learning and the Enterprise Competitiveness：a Case Study on the Binhai New Area

摘要:

自国家实施“十二五”规划以来,对滨海新区给予高度重视和大力扶持,如何进一步提高滨海新区企业的技术创新能力将会影响企业乃至整个区域竞争力的提升。在此背景下,本文对滨海新区企业技术学习与企业竞争力关系进行研究,从区域创新网络系统的视角提出企业技术学习对竞争力影响的因素模型,并依据因素间关系给出了一系列假设,进一步将滨海新区进行技术学习的企业作为研究对象,收集数据,运用SPSS20.0与AMOS21.0统计软件进行了实证分析。研究结果得出了滨海新区企业技术学习对提升其竞争力的影响因素,为推进滨海新区企业提升技术能力以及自身竞争力提供了理论参考,研究结果同时可为其他的国家战略功能区提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

Since the implementation of the “Twelfth Five Year Plan”,our country has given high importance and vigorously support to Binhai New Area. How to further enhance the technological innovation capability of enterprises in Binhai New Area will affect the improvement of competitiveness in firms and even the whole region. In this context, this paper makes an analysis of the relationship between the enterprise technology learning and competitiveness in Binhai New Area, and to construct the model of factors affecting enterprise technology learning to promote competitiveness from the perspective of regional innovation network system, and then provides a series of assumptions based on the relations among these factors. We choose the enterprises carrying on technology learning in Binhai New Area as the research object, collect data, and then use AMOS21.0 and SPSS20.0 statistical software to make the empirical analysis. The research results obtain factors affecting enterprises technology learning to enhance their competitiveness, and provide theoretical references to enhance the enterprises’ technical capabilities and competitiveness in Binhai New Area. Also, the research results provide references for other national strategy function areas.
