基于低碳视角的陕西能源消费与环境污染的灰色关联度研究

摘要:

以2002～2012年陕西的主要能源消费指标和环境质量指标数据为依据,用灰色关联分析法对陕西能源消费和环境质量之间的关系进行研究,得出陕西能源消费与环境污染之间的关联度是显著的。要实现低碳经济的发展目标,就要改变以往的高消耗、高排放的经济发展模式,优化能源消费结构,提高能源利用效率,切实加强能用管理。

Abstract:

Based on the main energy consumption indicators and the indicators of environmental quality data of Shaanxi province from 2002～2012, this paper digs into the relationship between the energy consumption of Shaanxi province and the environmental quality by the method of grey correlation analysis. It arrives at a conclusion that the correlation between Shaanxi"s energy consumption and environmental pollution is significant. The sustainable development of economy requires Shaanxi Province to adopt the low-carbon development strategy and change the development pattern of high consumption and high emission in the past and optimize the energy consumption structure and to improve energy efficiency and strengthen energy management.
