基于信息生态视角的现代信息服务产业集群发展模式研究*

Research on Development Model of Modern Information Service Industry Cluster: A Perspective of Information Ecology

摘要:

针对现代信息服务产业集群发展存在的信息共享不足、信息流动不畅、协同机制缺乏等问题,本文从信息生态系统的视角考察其协同运营的机制与商业模式,以强化现代信息服务产业集群中的信息人、信息环境的整合、互动、共享和协同等机制为基础,构建了一种基于信息生态系统观的现代信息服务产业集群协同创新发展模式的基本框架。这种以信息流为中心,将资金流、物流、业务流、价值流等集成一体化的协同模式,有利于提高这一产业集群中信息与知识的共享、开发与利用效能,强化价值创造、实现和共享的意愿和能力。通过一个实例表明,本文为现代信息服务业的一体化协同创新发展,提供了一种新的、可资借鉴的参考模式与实现途径,从而促进现代信息服务产业集群的健康可持续发展。

Abstract:

Modern information service industry faces a lot of problems, including failure to share information, information jam, lack of enterprise collaboration mechanism, and so on. From information ecology point of view, in this paper we suggest a new model, which investigates the collaborative operation mechanism and business model. This model presents a basic collaborative innovation development framework of modern information service industry cluster based on information ecology system and integration, interaction, sharing and collaboration mechanism of information man and environment. The collaborative model integrates the cash flow, logistics, business flow and value flow in the center of information flow. It enhances sharing of information and knowledge of the industrial cluster, development and utilization efficiency, value creation, and the willingness and ability of realization and sharing. An example shows that the model can provide a new reference pattern and a realization for integrated, collaborative innovation development ofSmodern information service industry, and promote healthy and sustainable development of modern information service industry cluster.
