国外海水淡化技术选择决策研究及对我国的借鉴

Foreign Desalination Technology Selection Decisions and its References to China

摘要:

本文在客观阐述全球海水淡化技术产业发展现状和需求的基础上,系统总结了美国、澳大利亚、中东等国外海水淡化技术选择决策研究现状；通过借鉴国外经验,针对我国目前海水淡化产业发展的形势,从指标选取、细化和评价方法选择方面,提出了开展我国海水淡化发展选择决策研究的建议。

Abstract:

This paper objectively discussed the global desalination technology industry development status and demand, Summarized the status of United States, Australia, the Middle East and other research about the desalination technology choice decisions. Based on experience of foreign experience, in view of the present situation of seawater desalination industry development in China, puts forward the Suggestions to carry out research in selection decisions of desalination development from the aspects of index selection, elaboration and evaluation methods.
