摘要:

步入高铁时代，我国跨区域发展机遇与挑战并存，高铁时代的跨区域协同治理亟待研究。通过对高铁时代的跨区域发展趋势及跨区域协同治理的内涵、特征、模式进行讨论，强调构建跨区域协同治理的多元利益协调机制、沟通协商机制、跨域信息网络整合机制、跨域经济网络整合机制、公共基础设施网络整合机制、公共服务一体化协调机制、跨域突发事件应急联动机制等。

Abstract:

In the high-speed railway age, the speed of regional economic, social and cultural development have been accelerating in our country. It has put up new requirements and challenges to the opening market, the allocation of resources, industry layout, social management and cross-regional cooperative governance. In this paper, the connotation and characteristics, pattern and mechanism of collaborative governance across regions in high-speed rail age will be discussed. The emphasis is on building a network of regional economy integration mechanism, ross-regional information network integration mechanism, public infrastructure network integration mechanism, integration of public service coordination mechanism, multiple interest coordination mechanism, and communication consultation mechanism, etc.
