基于势科学角度的网络新兴产业集聚机制与路径研究

摘要:

势科学是研究系统论、信息论、创新论及其他社会科学的新兴理论之一。虚拟的网络空间具有“差别最大化,而联系最紧密”等特点,因而拥有最大的“信息势”；以IT科技、电子商务、云智慧为代表的网络新兴产业集聚模式符合“势增”驱动机制；构建信息人社会环境下,网络新兴产业集聚要素模型,凝练出吸引力、管理力、创新力、转化力、资本力及辐射力六项关键要素,并依托势科学的“成群”原理,分析网络新兴产业向数字化、网络化、云智慧等,逐步演进的“园区集聚”发展路径。

Abstract:

Potential Science is the study theory of system structure、information technology、 innovation and other social science. The difference of network space is the largest and connection is the most close, Therefore It has the biggest trend of "Information Potential".This article construct network industry cluster element model and concise “attraction force、management force、innovation force、transformation forces、capital force and radial force”etc. From the potential scientific view, Analyze the network industry clustering development path, and Put forward Countermeasures and Suggestions for development of China"s network and strategic industry.
