摘要:

近年来我国风电快速发展,也带来了大规模风电并网的问题,尤其是面临着各种风险。为更好的保障风电的健康发展,实现能源利用的低碳、清洁、高效,建立风电投资并网的风险评价模型至关重要。鉴于此,本文从生命周期理论的视角出发,在对传统发电风险管理方法分析的基础上,提出了基于生命周期的风电风险评估模型,深入讨论了风电对能源市场的影响,并进行了案例分析。本文的研究对风电及可再生能源的发展具有十分重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

In recent years, the rapid development of wind power, in China, has also brought large-scale wind power issues, especially faced with various risks. In order to ensure the development of wind power, to achieve a low-carbon, clean, efficient energy using, it is crucial to establish risk assessment model of wind power investment. In view of this, the paper from the perspective of the life cycle theory, on the basis of conventional power generation risk management methods analysis, proposed wind risk assessment model based on the life cycle, in-depth discussed the impact of wind power on the energy market, and then conducted case studies. This study has important reference for the development of wind power and renewable energy.
