用户抵制一直是信息系统实施失败的重要原因,对于抵制原因有各种各样的解释,但真正提出抵制理论模型的研究却不多。系统综述了IS领域解释用户抵制行为的研究,根据其研究对象,分为个体层抵制行为研究和组织层抵制行为研究,探讨其研究视角和理论发展,试图厘清IS领域中用户抵制研究的发展脉络,希望给出研究理论的全貌,为今后更好的进行用户抵制研究打下基础。

User resistance has always been an important reason for the failure of information system implementation. Various reasons have been suggested with few theoretic models provided to explain user behaviors. Summarize researches offering explanations on user resistance and divide them into individual and unit resistance behaviors research according to research object. Discuss their research perspectives and theory development which aims to make clear the vein and present the complete picture of research theory which lays foundation for further research on user resistance.
