以222家先进制造业企业作为对象,对企业家精神与企业绩效间的关系做了实证分析。结果表明:先进制造业企业家精神对企业绩效没有直接影响,组织学习是发挥企业家精神、提升企业绩效的中介变量。研究结果对于丰富和完善企业家精神、组织学习和企业绩效理论,指导先进制造业企业实践都具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Taking 222 advanced manufacturing enterprises as the object,this article has conducted the empirical analysis on the relationships between entrepreneurship and enterprise performance. The results showed that advanced manufacturing entrepreneurship has no direct impact on enterprise performance,organizational learning is the intermediary variable which develop entrepreneurship and improve enterprise performance. The results have important theoretical and practical significance for enriching and improving entrepreneurship,organizational learning and enterprise performance theories,and guiding advanced manufacturing enterprise practices.
