阐述了企业技术创新动力量化研究的现状及其不足,提出了以企业技术创新活动过程中的行为表现和心理状态为基础来反映企业创新动力水平的思路,设置了测量企业创新行为和创新心理的指标及其问题,编制了企业创新动力量表,以368家中小制造企业的调查问卷为依据,在数据统计的基础上,通过信度和效度检验验证了量表的适用性,并测算、比较了样本企业的创新动力水平。

The paper elaborates the status and deficiency of the quantization research on enterprises’ technology innovation dynamics, and put forward the thinking of reflecting enterprises’ innovation dynamics by enterprises’ activity performance and psychology state in the technology innovation process. It sets the indexes and its’ questions that measure enterprises’ innovation activity and innovation psychology, and draws up the enterprises’ innovation dynamics scale. According to the questionnaires from 368 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, based on the data’s statistics, the paper tests and verifies the applicability of the scale by the reliability analysis and validity analysis. The paper also calculates and compares the levels of the sample enterprises’ innovation dynamics.
