关于板桩码头项目经营管理的探讨

Discussion on Operating Management of Sheet Pile Wharf Project

摘要:

现代板桩码头项目经营管理具有投资大、施工周期长、市场透明化、经营风险复杂且多变等特点。针对以往板桩码头在建设发展过程中出现的主要经营管理问题,依托京唐港26#-27#集装箱码头工程,提出3点经营管理方法：(1)以“单位劳动时间成本”作为板桩码头利润空间的评价标准；(2)提高绩效考核与评价的科学合理性,推行公平公正公开的薪酬分配标准化管理方法；(3)经营的风险管理采用预危险性分析法,对潜在的市场、国家政策等环境风险作出宏观的概略的分析。

Abstract:

Now,the operating management of sheet pile wharf project has the characteristics of large investment,long construction period,market transparency, complex and changeable perational risk.With the background of 26#-27# Container terminal project,aiming at the main problems in the operating management of sheet pile wharf during construction, three point method of operating management are put forward：(1)“unit labor time cost” is used as the evaluation standard of sheet pile wharf profit space;(2)To improve the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and evaluation,fair and open standardization management method of salary allotment;(3)Risk management uses preliminary hazard analysis to make the macroscopical and brief analysis of potential environmental risk of market and state policy.
