广州智慧城市建设的现状、问题与对策*

The Present Situation/ Problems and Solutions of smart city construction in Guangzhou

摘要:

“智慧城市”成为现代城市建设与发展的重要理念。在分析智慧城市的内涵及其概念框架的基础上,从战略体系、社会活动体系、经济活动体系、支撑体系和空间体系五个方面分析了广州智慧城市建设的现状及存在的主要问题,并从规划设计与统筹推进、社会管理与民生服务、科技创新与智慧产业发展、基础设施建设及其智能化、空间战略调整与空间结构优化等方面提出了若干建议。

Abstract:

“Smart city” has become an important concept for modern urban construction and development. On the basis of analysis of the connotation and conceptual framework of the smart city, the status and main problems of Guangzhou smart city construction was analyzed from five areas,which is strategic system, system of social activities, system of economic activities, support system and space system.And in the end, the paper made a number of recommendations from area of designation and coordination, social management and public services, technological innovation and smart industrial development, infrastructure construction and its"intelligent development, space strategy adjustment and spatial structure optimization.
