工程项目日趋大型化和复杂化,大型复杂工程项目在整个社会固定资产投资中所占的比重越来越大,而项目组织是实施大型复杂工程项目的保障之一,它是一类典型的复杂适应系统。从项目组织运行的微观层面即“五流”视角对大型复杂工程项目组织系统的协同演化机理进行研究。分析了大型复杂工程项目组织与“五流”之间的内在关系,并借助ISM模型对“五流”子系统结构层次进行划分,结果表明大型复杂工程项目组织成员子系统与“五流”子系统是等价的。在此基础上,运用布尔代数方法构建了两个序参量与“五流”之间的相互作用关系模型,结果显示,该模型能够有效的从微观层面揭示大型复杂工程项目组织协同演化机理和项目组织运行的内在规律。本文的研究成果为构建大型复杂工程项目组织协同演化模型以及研究组织协同度等奠定了基础。

The project has become increasingly large and complex. Project organization is a typical complex adaptive system, which is one of the security constructions of large complex project. Based on ‘five-flow’ theory, the paper analyses the coordination mechanism of the large complex project organization system. Firstly, the paper analyses internal relationship between the project organization and ‘five flow’ by using ISM modeling method. The result shows that both are equivalent. On this basis, the paper establishes the interaction model between two order parameters and ‘five flow’ by using Boolean algebra method. The result shows that the model can effectively reveal the internal law of project organization operation and coordination mechanism of the large complex project organization from the microcosmic level. The main achievements of this paper make a foundation of coordination model and collaborative degree of the large complex project organization.
