协同创新是提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家的重要途径,因此在此背景下研究如何合理分配和共享科技资源对地区合作和创新能力提升的有着重要意义。在简单描述珠三角的科技资源现状之后,本文运用博弈论的基本原理,从协同创新的思维逻辑出发,构建了珠三角两类政府资源共享的智猪博弈模型, 通过对博弈模型的分析, 提出了珠三角地区资源共享和协同创新的条件,最后在此基础上进行博弈策略设计,并提出促进珠三角科技资源共享的对策建议。

Cooperative innovation is an important way to improve the capability of independent innovation for building an innovation-oriented country. In this background it is of great significance to study how to allocate and share the resources of science and technology to promote regional cooperation and innovation ability. After a brief description of the present situation of scientific and technological resources of the Pearl River Delta, this paper constructs a “Boxed Pigs” game model of two classes of government resources sharing using the basic principles of game theory from the logic of collaborative innovation. Based on the analysis of the game model, it presents the conditions of resources sharing and collaborative innovation of the Pearl River Delta. On this basis this paper finally designs game strategies, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote technology resources sharing of the Pearl River Delta.
