摘要:

针对工程勘察设计外包联盟解体现象频繁的现状，建立了联盟稳定性判定标准，根据联盟生命周期相关知识，构建了联盟稳定性影响因素生命周期模型，提出了系统的联盟稳定性影响因素指标体系，依据实证研究的结果，提出了提高工程勘察设计外包联盟稳定性的对策建议。
