基于知识溢出效应下环保产业集群创新绩效机理研究

Study on The Innovation Mechanism of Environmental Protection Industry Cluster Based on Knowledge Spillover Effects

摘要:

知识溢出影响着环保产业集群创新战略的定位与绩效，因此理清环保产业集群知识溢出的作用机制将有利于集群创新绩效的提升。本文通过构建环保产业集群创新绩效与知识溢出等几组变量作用关系的概念模型，并以宜兴环科园企业为问卷调查对象对模型进行检验。实证结果发现，在环保产业集群内，知识溢出对环保产业集群创新绩效具有直接影响；知识系统化能力在知识溢出影响创新绩效过程中起调节作用，而创新环境和企业网络结构则起中介作用。

Abstract:

Knowledge spillover affects the environmental protection industry cluster innovation strategic orientation and performance,so clarify the mechanism of action of environmental protection industry cluster will be beneficial to cluster innovation performance.This research constructs a conceptual model about the effect relationship between the environmental protection industry cluster innovation performance with several groups of variables such as knowledge spillover,and conducts an empirical testing to the enterprises in the Yixing environmental protection industry cluster.The research shows that,in the environmental protection industry cluster, knowledge spillover has a direct influence on the performance of environmental protection industry cluster innovation;Systematic knowledge ability has a regulating role in the process of knowledge spillover effect innovation performance,and innovation environment and enterprise network structure is a mediation role.
